My name is Dr. Russ Conrath. I have been teaching for over 27 years, and during the past 10 years, I have developed and carried out strategic goals and objectives to improve technology and information literacy skills for 21st century learners. In addition to teaching information literacy skills at the secondary level, I have taught Information Resources at USC as an adjunct instructor and led technology related workshops for teachers. At the state level, I have presented at the Upstate Technology conference, the South Carolina Association of School Librarians conference, and the South Carolina EdTech conference.
My education background includes a Bachelor of Arts in English, a Master of Arts in Teaching in English, a Master of Library and Information Science, National Board Teaching Certification, administrative certification, and an Educational Doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction.
